Antonis Oikonomou is the Public Sector Director for Microsoft Greece, Cyprus, and Malta. In his current role he is collaborating with Public Sector organizations across the three countries to deliver Digital Transformation outcomes directed to boost economic growth, enhance social inclusion, enable good governance, and promote national sustainability.

In the past 20 years, Antonis had the opportunity to work for three leading global technology companies (Accenture, Oracle, and Microsoft), as well as an advisor in the Ministry of Development in Greece, gaining significant experience in complex Digital Transformation platforms implementation, Project and Program Management and Sales. Antonis has received a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, and a PhD in Telecommunications from the same institution. He holds various industry certifications and has attended several executive education courses, including “Public Leaders in Southeast Europe” by Harvard Kennedy School. He also holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching.
