Mrs. Xenia Bania is the Executive Vice President and a founding member of iKnowHow, a Greek technology firm focusing on software, robotics, and innovation. She has played a lead role in the firm’s new thinking on culture and strategy—specifically, on more practical and accessible approaches on people first management and purposeful transformation. With 17+ years of experience in innovation, digital strategy and R&D initiatives between academia and business, she is passionate about digital transformation led and accelerated with people, culture, and effective leadership at the center. She has worked closely with large governmental, academic, and private organizations in transformation programs, R&D and Innovation, and technology consulting. She holds an undergraduate degree in Shipping Economics from the University of Piraeus, a Master's Degree in Applied Economics & Finance from AUEB. Being an evangelist of life-long learning, Xenia is currently also pursuing her Master's Degree in Information and Communication Technology. Outside of work, she enjoys mountain walking and hiking with her two daughters.
