Nikos Gkezepis is the Chief Financial Officer of Neptune Lines Shipping and Managing Enterprises, a leading car carrier operator and logistics company. Since joining Neptune Lines in 2014, Nikos has led the company’s finance - treasury - accounting and strategy, helping the group double its car carrier fleet capacity, expand into drybulk and establish a land logistics outfit - as part of the group’s three-pronged strategy of organic growth, diversification and vertical expansion in the finished vehicle supply chain.
Prior to Neptune Lines, he worked as a Vice President with Jefferies, advising maritime companies on various strategic transactions and helping them raise capital from the public and private equity and debt markets. Before Jefferies, he worked with PwC in the assurance department. He holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Finance and Banking. He is a certified chartered accountant and a fellow of ACCA since 2014.
