Evangelia Tsikrika is a journalist at Alpha TV, covering the governmental news, while she is also accredited in the Hellenic Presidency.
She is head of Alpha TV’s political correspondents department.
She has covered all major political events in Greece for the last 26 years, during which she has also been a parliamentary correspondent.
Furthermore, she has worked for Alpha 989 radio station as a producer and journalist, as well as for various newspapers.
During the last 4 years, she also works for the news site “newsit.gr”.
She is an awarded journalist (Botsis Foundation award) and member of the Association of Editors of Athens Daily Newspapers (ΕΣΗΕΑ).
She has studied Communication at Coventry University (UK).
