Taizoon has owned and led the SwitzGroup for more than four decades. The important verticals are Industrial Bakery, Retail Bakery, bakery ingredients and Egg Processing. It aims to be the leader of every business segment in the geography it operates in.
SwitzGroup started in Saudi Arabia in 1980 and has Manufacturing operations in 10 countries …UAE, India, Oman, Greece, Cyprus, Turkiye, Sri Lanka, Australia, and Philippines, with 2022 revenues of $480m. SwitzGroup has a small corporate setup with decentralized leadership.
Taizoon started his Greece investments in 2016. Currently, SwitzGroup has 20 investments in the region including Banking.
Taizoon is an alumnus of Harvard and has a post graduate management degree from BITS, Pilani, India and spends most of his summer in Athens.
