Vasilis Koutsoulentis joined SOL Crowe in September 2003.
Today, he holds the title of Certified Public Accountant, while he has additionally been appointed Information Security Manager of the firm and is also a Shareholder and a Member of the Board of Directors.
Vasilis, having a successful 15-year professional career as an auditor and business consultant, has been involved in conducting financial and tax audits in industrial and commercial companies, as well as service providers, listed entities, insurance, telecommunication and health enterprises. In addition, he has been a successful team leader in public sector projects. His experience in consulting services mainly focuses on business valuations and conversions, implementation of IFRS and tax advisory services.
He is a graduate of the Department of Economics of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s degree of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL).
