Mr. Nikos Bris is Director in Strategy & Transactions in EY Greece, member of EY’s Qualified Independent Auditor team for the eligibility assessment of investment plans submitted under RRF loan framework. He is also the RRF advisory support services lead for EY Greece. During his tenure in EY, since 2017, he has led multiple projects in capital and debt advisory as well as in buy and sell side M&As, serving clients from Greece and abroad of multiple industry and sizes. Prior to that, his experience expands from corporate & investment banking (4 years in a large Greek Investment Bank) mainly involved in Debt and Equity Capital Markets mandates and M&As assignments to risk management (12 years in a large systemic Bank) having perform risk analysis on credit applications for corporate clients and structured transactions of over €1.2bn. He holds a BA in Economics from University of Macedonia and an MBA from Kent State University.
