An MBA graduate with 13 years of experience in the Human Capital Management field, a proven sales track record (annually awarded for top sales performance) and a passion for building and leading high-performance teams. She joined kariera.gr in 2008 and was promoted to Sales Director in 2012. During her tenure, her team was recognized as one of the best performing teams in the EMEA group, with outstanding annual sales achievements amidst economic crisis. She became the Managing Director and BoD member of CareerBuilder Greece in 2017, increasing the business’ annual growth and impact through distinct and awarded Empowering Employment initiatives. In 2019 she was named Managing Director of CareerBuilder Sweden. In 2020 she was the big winner in the “New Leader” category of the Hellenic Responsible Business Awards, for her demonstration of inspiring Responsible and Sustainable Development Leadership. In addition to her professional track record, she was BoD member and Local Committee President of AIESEC in Athens University of Economics & Business (2001-2003), and Teaching Assistant of “Establishing & Sustaining Effective Managerial Interactions” at AUEB’s MBA International (2009-2011).
