Dr. He Yun is an associate professor at Hunan University’s School of Public Administration in Changsha and a researcher at Tsinghua University’s Belt and Road Institute in Beijing. She works to train the next generation of Chinese scholars to love European studies and was awarded as one of the “best young teacher” by Hunan University in 2020.
