Deike Diers is an Associate Partner in Bain’s Zurich office and a leader of Bain’s ESG and Financial Investors practices. She works on ESG integration into LP/GP fund strategy, due diligence and value creation work and has led several ESG strategy programs always with the link to business strategy. Deike was part of the team that initiated Bain’s partnership with ESG ratings provider EcoVadis and developed an approach on how to embed private ESG ratings data into Due Diligence. Her recent publications include “A Private Equity Lens on the Energy Transition,” in the Global Private Equity Report, February 2023.
Aside from her client work, Deike is highly involved in Bain’s diversity and Women at Bain efforts and is the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion ambassador for the Zurich office.
She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and bachelor’s degrees from both the University of Portsmouth and Münster University of Applied Sciences (European Business Programme).
