I am currently a PhD candidate at Universitat Pompeu Fabra. My present research is related to voter-party congruence and political representation. I hold a master’s degree in Democracy and Comparative Politics from University College London (UCL) and a bachelor’s degree in Communication and Internet Studies from Cyprus University of Technology (CUT). I graduated with first-class honours from UCL. Also, I was the valedictorian of the CUT graduation ceremony of 2019 as I was the student with the highest GPA of the previous academic year. I was awarded by the President of the Republic of Cyprus for his excellent academic performance. My research interests combine contemporary democracies (especially of Southern Europe), political participation and party politics.
