Panayiotis is the Founder and Managing Director of ImpAct C4S. He has an extensive experience in public policy and decision making as he has served in senior roles in government, including Commissioner at the Presidency of the Republic of Cyprus, Deputy Government Spokesperson and President of the Board of Directors of the Youth Board of Cyprus. He has worked for several years at the University of Cyprus in the field of Human Resources management, building broad experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, systems and policies. He has a strong background in EU policy through his role as the Legal Representative for Erasmus+ Youth in Cyprus and active participation in EU initiatives and summits. Panayiotis is a graduate of the University of Cyprus' Faculty of Philosophy. He also holds an MA in Social and Political Sciences, an MBA, and is currently a PhD candidate.
