Executive Director of Minova Bohemia, Czech Republic based company, member of the Minova Group - an industry leader of ground support and geotechnical solutions for mining, tunnelling and surface ground engineering projects.
Mr. Silhan working at Minova for 16 years, started as Sales Technical Representative responsible for supporting customers from civil engineering and tunnelling markets. Developing skills and experience enabled him to become Division Manager responsible for leading of sales team responsible for Czechia and Slovakia operations.
In course of time responsible for developing business operations in the region of South East Europe – both in tunnelling and mining markets focusing on providing technical solutions and deliveries of proven products improving safety and productivity of underground operations.
Last 8 years being in position of Executive Director of Minova Bohemia but still with passion and commitment to visit various worksites and help partners solving various issues.
