Born in Nicosia in 1981.

Graduated from Kinston University in 2002 with a Ba(HONS) in Accounting and Finance.

Obtained an MSc from the University of Manchester in Accounting and Finance in 2003.

Recruited by PwC Cyprus in 2003 as an ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales) trainee and worked mainly in Audit until 2008.

Qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) in 2006 and became a Fellow Chartered Accountant in 2017 (FCA).  

I have been working at the Health Insurance Organisation (HIO) since 2008 at the Accounting Department.
