Paddy has worked around the nexus of energy, geopolitics and capital markets since the late 90s. After working in both investment banking and counterinsurgency, he has advised across the entire energy value chain: sovereign states, parastatals, NOCs IOCs and independent E&P firms - with a particular focus on MENA & Post Soviet dynamics, in particular reference to global natural gas supply liquidity, volatility and regulation.
He has a post graduate MA in War Studies from King's College London and has advised on over $50bn of transactions.
