Tom Schouten is the director of Sales and Business Development at IT Partner BV, a Dutch tech company providing automation solutions to port authorities and terminals. He is passionate about new automation concepts across the entire supply chain, that contribute to effectiveness, efficiency, and visibility. During the last ten years, he has been managing several projects related to automation and data sharing in the logistics field. Besides that, he managed the planning departments of Rotterdam Shortsea Terminals, one of the biggest short sea container terminals in Europe.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Public Administration from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, in which he minored in Port Management and Maritime Logistics.
