Olga Eftychidou is the Head of Legal at Sioufas and Associates Law Firm and a
member of its Management Team, being responsible for all legal and judicial affairs,
with a strategic focus on corporate governance and cross-border legal matters. With
extensive experience in the legal aspects of investment, financial restructuring, and
asset management, she brings valuable insight into the intersection of law, finance,
and international transactions.
With nearly two decades of experience, Olga has advised leading domestic and
international clients in the banking, investment, and real estate sectors, particularly in
areas involving Non-Performing Loans (NPLs), judicial enforcement, and insolvency.
Her work includes steering some of the most high-profile legal due diligence projects
in the Greek NPL sales market, playing a key role in multi-jurisdictional transactions
and investment structuring.
Her academic background is equally diverse and international: she holds a Master’s
Degree in International and European Governance and Politics, a Law Degree, and a
Degree in Greek Philology with a specialization in Linguistics, all from the National
and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Olga contributes regularly as a speaker to high-level domestic and international legal
and investment events, where she shares insights on regulatory trends, strategic risk
management, and cross-border legal challenges. She speaks Greek, English, French,
